Latest Exam pattern of SSC CGL



Candidates who applied for the SSC CGL 2016 (Combined Graduate Level) Tier 1 Exam has changed their attention towards the new exam pattern.


The Changes are as follows


The number of questions has been reduced from 200 to 100. Each of the four sections will consist 25 questions each of 2 marks with a negative of 0.5 marks. The duration of the Tier-I exam will be 75 minutes. Tier-I and Tier-II will be Computer Based Tests. There is no change in the exam pattern of Tier-II.

Grading schools introducing a new curriculum frame work

The Grading schools are introducing a new curriculum framework. This is one of the important recommendations made by the human resource development ministry's panel to evolve a national education policy.

The Books and its importance



A Book in simple is a printed sheet of papers and pages with some information. How many of know the real value of it? These are not the tools to score marks in the examinations. These are something different.

There are many people who are fond of reading books. The books are available in almost all the languages like Tamil, English, Hindi etc and anyone can read books in their desired languages.
The Books are our real friends. These are our Guides. The books can teach you many things apart from your academics. We can learn many things from the books.

The Importance of books cannot be expressed fully from a single writer point of view and it differs from a person to person on how they value it. But, it is damn sure that the wholesome value can be grasped by the book readers.

First Horticultural university at Haryana, India

Radha Mohan Singh , the Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister has laid the foundation stone of Haryana State University of Horticultural Sciences at Karnal, Haryana.




The establishment of a fully fledged horticultural university will cater the needs to support the gap between teaching, research and extension activities in the state.

Indian men won Asian nations cup

Indian men won the Asian Nations Cup Chess tournament. They won Vietnam with a 3-1 victory in the final round as they pushed formidable China down to second place here on Wednesday.


This was the third time that Indian men won the event. They won at Esfahan, Iran in 2005 and Kolkata 2009 previously when China did not participate on both occasions

GUJCET exam dates

The GUJCET exam dates have been released. This state level medical entrance examination is scheduled to be held on May 10.


GUJCET exam will be conducted to offer admission into engineering, physiotherapy and alternative medical programmes to various government/ government aided universities and private colleges/ institutes across Gujarat.

National Anthem should be made mandatory

The Madras High court said that the National anthem should be made mandatory during the morning assembly in all the private schools in Tamilnadu.  A bench comprising Chief Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice MM Sundresh gave the direction on a petition seeking that singing of national anthem be made mandatory in schools.



"Private schools must follow such singing of national anthem as part of their curriculum," the bench said disposing a PIL by N Selvathirumal, an ex-service man, seeking a direction to authorities to make it mandatory for all private schools in the state to sing the national anthem during the assembly.
